A Day in My Life: Canyoning In The Blue Mountains, Australia

This morning I woke up to the sound of my early morning alarm reminding me that it was time to jump out of bed and get dressed for the big day ahead, and when I say a big day, I mean a big day. Today I would be ticking multiple activities off of my bucket list by venturing into the claustral canyon which is hidden away in the Blue Mountains, Australia with eighteen of my beautiful adventurous friends. I have never taken part in a canyon before and despite all of my
training building up to the day it could have never prepared me for the eight hour adventure that lay ahead. It has challenged me in more ways than I could have ever expected. Physically, emotionally, mentally, you name it, however in amongst all of the challenges I was also given the opportunity to witness some of natures most beautiful gifts.

Photo Diary: A Day In Florence

Beautiful Florence, the capital of Italy’s Tuscany region, is known for being somewhere which is filled with stunning artistic masterpieces. Being someone who loves art in more forms than one, when I visited Florence 12 months ago it is safe to say that I completely fell in love with this place. Although my time in Florence was short. The mark that it left on my heart was large and I can only hope that one day I am able to return here so that I can explore it even more.

Photo Diary: Berry Picking Amongst The Vines

Every couple of weeks I find myself going on a road trip for the day to explore some place new. Last weekend my friend Ash and I decided to take a little road trip and ended up picking strawberries and blueberries amongst the vines. It was beautiful and it was delicious. Here are some photos I took along the way.

4 Things You Must See If Travelling To Egypt

Today I realise that it has been exactly one year since I was lucky enough to travel through beautiful Egypt with Topdeck Tours. After stepping off my plane in Cairo, Egypt quickly became my favourite travel destination simply due to the fact that there really is no other place in the world quite like it (in my opinion). It is that one place that when I sit back and reflect on it I can’t help but smile and think to myself how truly lucky I am to have been able to explore this beautiful country in my lifetime.

A Day in My Life: Trip to The Blue Mountains

I have been feeling a bit restless lately with the urge to travel however I am currently not in the position to travel overseas so rather than pushing that desire to the side I decided to explore my own backyard. This meant a day trip was in order.
